Robbie Schlosser (Magnolia Jazz Band)
I am a musician, managing my band since 1975. I joined NACE in 1993, and the difference in my business before and after has been "night and day". Whenever I attend one of our meetings, I walk into a room filled with friends I work with all the time. The relationships I've formed through NACE have given me many good friends, and NACE continues to give me opportunities to develop crucial skills in networking, marketing, and leadership.

I've been lurking in the background trying to figure out if NACE/SV is a place for me to invest my time, my energy, my money. I thing - I know - that it is. The members have warmly welcomed me into their group and have been more than cordial along the way. I'm making new contacts and have started to receive referrals from my peers for wedding officiant ceremonial services. In many ways, it's a "pro quid pro" sort of relationship. I can help my NACE peers by offering them a means for differentiating their services and in return the referral to me as a able wedding officiant specialist allows me the opportunity to provide my services.
